Same thing was happened first in Punjab University where it was complaint that some teachers are involve in harassment of Girls but no one was there to stop them. Similarly in Qauid e Azam University no one is present to stop these Bad character Teachers. This student is telling that his teacher harrased her and when she went to VC for Complaint, He didn't respond to her.
